LA fitness Journey

Welcome to the first stage of a fitter, healthier you. As you can see from the diagram, your journey starts with your Kickstart appointment, where a member of our fitness team will help create your goal specific programme.

The next stage is to follow your programme including your Pit-Stops and workshops to help keep you motivated. Then finally you’ll have your quarterly review to check your progress and amend your programme if you need to.

Remember at all times you can call on us for help and advice.

Remember Kickstart is designed to help us ‘get there together’.

Your Kickstart appointment.

  • A 60 minute appointment with a member of our qualified fitness team
  • We will discuss your goals, how to get there, how long it will take
  • We will take measurements to enable us to assess your achievements
  • We will provide you with a unique programme designed to help you achieve your goals
  • We will offer you nutritional support
  • We will discuss group fitness classes and Zoggs swim programmes to sit with your unique programme
  • We will discuss the other elements of your club that will provide you with variety, motivation and fun

Your Quickstart appointment.

  • A 30 minute appointment with a member of our qualified fitness team
  • An appointment designed so you can 'just get on with it'
  • We will provide you with a base programme designed to help you achieve your goals
  • We will discuss your commitment to achieving your goals
  • We will offer you nutritional support
  • We will discuss group fitness classes and Zoggs swim programmes to sit with your base programme
  • We will discuss the other elements of your club that will provide you with variety, motivation and fun

Every 12 weeks...

  • We will send you a reminder the week before
