Ain't no Sunshine.

January 05th, 2010

Let's be honest, January and February are tough months for many of us. Christmas is over, the credit cards are maxed out, the weather is a bit grey and Spring seems a long way off. In short, exercise is a powerful antidote to the new year blues. Add that to the fact that physical activity also has a significant impact on brain function - working out makes you smarter - and we reckon that there are some pretty powerful psychological reasons for getting into the exercise habit in January.
