Time to Detox?

A very perceptive individual once said: “People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas.” Now is the time of year when people tend to be thinking about detoxing, and you will find that there is loads of discussion and debate around the subject. Well, not so much about detoxing itself, as the number of – often weird and wonderful - ways of doing it.
Our advice is to avoid the myriad pills, potions and whacky diets and focus on regular exercise and cleaning up your diet for a week or so. That means eliminating alcohol, caffeine and processed foods and replacing them with fruit and vegetables, fresh foods and water.
