We are looking for?
Operational management experience within a significant turnover business (£500k p.a.+) Demonstrable people management and leadership skills and a track record of recruiting, training and developing great teams Experience of working to sales and revenue targets. Proven record in revenue generation demonstrating experience of active involvement in new lead generation Financial and commercial management experience and previous P&L responsibility Effective communication including; team meetings, 121's and ensuring key information is cascaded to everyone in the team Commitment to delivering great standards A real passion for the fitness industry, even if you have not previously worked directly in the sector

Basic Salary Regional £30k - £35k.
