As Deputy Club Manager you will need to have exceptional leadership qualities and strong operational management skills to create a upbeat environment and of course maximise the overall profitability of your club.

You will support and deputise for the Club Manager in all areas of club operations and profit and loss management. Demonstrate commitment, professionalism and inspiration through your ability to deliver quality member service, a safe and fully operational club and drive to exceed club revenue and profit targets Support members achieving their 'real life' fitness goals Drive membership satisfaction, and ensure high membership retention by delivering high quality service and standards Ensuring profit and loss targets for the business are met

We are looking for?.

Have proven people management experience Experience in a customer service environment Demonstrate strong leadership qualities, a positive outlook and effective management skills. Problem solving skills. Effective communication Team Worker. Motivated, professional, enthusiastic and friendly
