As Fitness Instructor you will need to have exceptional knowledge of the fitness industry and strong customer focus skills to create a upbeat environment and of course maximise the overall profitability of your club.
You will deliver the highest standards of service through your positive attitude to the role. Support the Kickstart process to deliver an excellent induction process for members and strive to drive retention Support members achieving their 'real life' fitness goals Ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standards at all times Drive membership satisfaction, and ensure high membership retention. Continually strive to improve your fitness knowledge Deliver excellent exercise programming and exercise workshops Teach a minimum of three classes a week
What we are looking for?
Fitness qualifications to the standard of REPS level 2 Good knowledge of fitness procedures and fitness products. Customer service focused. Team player Demonstrable enthusiasm and passion for the role
