GROUP FITNESS COORDINATOR – 10hrs/week
Brighton, Northwood.

As Group Fitness Manager you will need to have exceptional leadership qualities and strong customer focused skills to create a upbeat environment and of course maximise the overall profitability of your club.
You will support members achieving their 'real life' fitness goals Regularly produce and update the Studio timetable in accordance with demand, drive membership satisfaction, and ensure high membership. Take full responsibility for advertising and promoting studio classes. Ensure that the Studio is always presented and maintained to the highest standards. Motivate and develop all Studio teachers, offering support and encouragement in order to improve their skills and techniques. Maximise all opportunities for revenue generation Reporting
We are looking for?
Qualified to the standard of REPS level 2 Qualified to teach a range of classes Sound knowledge of fitness procedures, products and industry trends Customer service focused. Leadership, organizational and administrative skills. Creative and innovative abilities Coaching and training experience
