To support the DVD and Blu-ray release of the most explosive film of the year, THE EXPENDABLES, its star Dolph Lundgren will be visiting the LA fitness gym in Holborn to try out its new ‘Guns Workshop’ and to put the trainers and members through their paces, as well as giving tips on how he keeps fit and motivated!

As well as being an action film star Dolph now also directs his own movies; holds the rank of a 3rd dan black-belt in Karate; has a masters degree in Chemical Engineering; speaks 7 languages and served in the elite marines for his country.
