Being a member of LA fitness is more than just joining a gym. Take a look at how becoming a member can help you achieve your fitness and weight loss goals. From customising your own programme through MYLA Memberzone, to getting to grips with the club’s facilities and equipment, remember that we’ll get there together.

We aim to give great value for money from our membership, our prices aren’t ‘one size fits all’. Our clubs are located all over the UK, and because they have different facilities, they have different membership costs, too. We are transparent about our prices and they are published on the club pages. But the best way to find out the best membership package for you is to visit the club. Alternatively, our most popular memberships can be found here.

Not sure where to start? Find your nearest club here and give them a call - they’ll take you through the options and set you up with a visit.

You just need to call our Member Services team and let them know which club you wish to transfer to and we’ll do the rest. You won’t have to pay a new joining fee. Please remember that our prices vary from club to club so you will need to take on your new chosen clubs monthly rate.

Circumstances can change from time to time, so we try to be as helpful as possible.

Can’t get to the gym – can we freeze your membership? This will enable you to keep your membership active whilst giving you a bit of time to breath.

Have your finances changed? We have different membership types and it may be possible for you to change to an alternative membership option.

Are you moving? Is there another LA fitness gym close to where you are relocating?

We don’t want to lose you but if cancelling is the only suitable option then please call us for a chat and our Member Services team will be happy to assist you.

If you do wish to cancel, just remember you will need to take into account your notice period which is one full calendar month. You will pay us one more payment but you will still be able to use the facilities until the end of the following month.

For those members who are still within the initial term of their membership, we will make every effort to help. We all know that circumstances change, so we try to be as accommodating as possible. Call our Member Services Team who will be happy to help you.

Some of our clubs do offer student memberships. For details, please contact your local club and a member of the sales team will be happy to go through your options.

You can make a payment via your MYLA Memberzone account, in your home club or by calling our Payment Team on 01302 892450, Monday to Friday, 9am – 7pm (5pm on Friday).

Going on holiday? Working away for a while? Picked up an injury? We know it isn’t always possible to get down to the club, so we can provide flexibility on your membership and offer you a membership freeze.

You only pay a nominal monthly fee whilst your membership is frozen. After your freeze has finished its simple, your membership will just continue as before for you to enjoy.

You can freeze your membership for up to 3 months at a time. Just call our Member Services team who will be happy to help or click here to send us a message. Just make sure you tell us in good time before you want the freeze to start.

We try to be as flexible as possible but to keep it simple we do require freeze periods to be either 1, 2 or 3 full months.

If you’re currently in the initial term of your membership, your frozen months won’t count towards it.

We offer a number of membership agreement lengths to suit your individual needs, ranging from one month to longer term agreements and as with anything, if you commit to your health & fitness longer term, we’ll commit to you by giving you the best possible membership rate available – can’t say fairer than that!

You may bring guests to the club. Your friends will be required to pay a guest fee, details of which are available within your chosen club.

We may need to restrict guest admission at certain peak times. To ensure we can accommodate your guests, please call your club in advance to make an appointment.
