When I first started coming to LA fitness Brooklands I felt out of shape, I had low self esteem, always tired and low on energy. I got the leaflet inviting me to come into LA fitness Brooklands and I thought to myself, why not? I spoke to Will the Fitness Instructor there who assured me that if I followed the programme that he put together for me then I would get results.

I tweaked my diet also and started seeing results and had more energy and felt physically and mentally fitter. The programme I was set at first was nice and easy and then as my fitness levels increased my programme got harder. After about four weeks I started to feel more toned, felt better about myself and how I looked plus I guess you could say I started to like myself again.

I regularly use the gym 4-5 times a week now. Put your faith in the Fitness team, they are all really good at what they do and I am very grateful for all of their help.
