When I joined LA fitness Brooklands I felt unhealthy and unfit. I decided to make that change and so I started working towards improving my fitness and muscle size/strength. I was struggling to play the sports I loved such as football and squash. At first I found it hard coming to the gym and wasn't used to having a set gym programme which had been created for me by Marvin, a Fitness Instructor. However overtime I have become fitter, stronger and leaner and look forward to the challenges which Marvin sets for me. I started to see changes in weeks which was very motivating and now training is just part of my everyday life. When you start exercising just keep at it.
