I joined LA fitness Brooklands because I felt unfit and overweight, I realised it even more so when I tried to play football, I just felt very slow and weak. I had to improve my strength, speed and stamina to get back into football properly so that's what I decided to do.

I found it very hard at first and I didn't really know what I was doing especially the weights. I had a 1-2-1 personal programme with Will, the Fitness Instructor, which helped me a lot as it suited my goals and also fit nicely into my lifestyle.

After a month I started seeing results and my body shape started to change. I had a lot of encouragement from the Fitness team and the Personal Trainers. My fitness has dramatically improved as well as my recovery time after the sessions, my attitude has changed towards health and fitness and my advice to anyone would be keep at it and don't set yourself unrealistic goals.
