When I first started coming to the gym I felt overweight, sluggish and really ugly, even my family said I looked out of shape. Just looking at pictures of myself made me want to change. I knew it was time to start eating healthier and exercising so I joined LA fitness Brooklands. When I first started I found it very hard but the more you stick at it the more your fitness and wellbeing improves. I do the classes regularly with KT Moore and Personal Training sessions with Richard Bannister now which I thoroughly enjoy. I saw a lot of my weight loss back at the start of this year when I did the EAS Body for Life Challenge training six days a week. I now feel really good about myself and my fitness has massively improved. Remember when you start to exercise work on it and you will feel happier with yourself.
