Before I started exercising I felt terrible, very de-motivated with exercise and frustrated at doing exercise but not achieving my goals.

My 30th birthday was approaching and I wanted to look good for it so I joined LA fitness Burnham and started working with a Personal Trainer who gave me great dietary tips to follow. I found it challenging but it was also fun, and even after a week I was starting to feel better. Knowing that I was working towards my goals made me feel satisfied and more motivated, and as a result I have now lost 1.2kg in weight and have lots more energy.

I would recommend a Personal Trainer to anyone, they are worth it to get a kickstart.
