I joined LA fitness Bury St Edmunds in March 2008 and I was using the gym to help me keep fit and build muscle as I played a lot of rugby, however I gained a nasty injury which prevented me from training.
I put on 3 stone while unable to come to the gym, so in January 2009 I joined the LA fitness Body for Life programme, I had a lot of input from the staff at the club and I had 4 or 5 new programmes and weekly weigh-ins as well as support with my diet and exercise habits.
After 12 weeks I had lost all the weight I put on and toned up in the areas I wanted to and I am still following a lot of the advice from my programme today.
