I felt healthy prior to joining LA fitness Milngavie but I wanted to improve my overall fitness and gain muscle. I started by joining LA fitness and added to my efforts by eating healthier, taking part in other sports and supplementing my diet.

I found it easy as I enjoyed the gym atmosphere and have made lots of friends through my membership. I found that the LA Personal Trainer sessions and friendly atmosphere really helped me work towards my goals. After about six months I started to see results from my training.

After working towards my goals I feel more confident and get a great sense of satisfaction from working towards the goals I set as well as the knowledge that I've picked up about fitness along the way with help from the Fitness Team.

Since joining I have added over two stone in muscle whilst decreasing my body fat and feel a great deal fitter. I also see the gym as a hobby now rather than a chore. I have a great sense of satisfaction but I still want to keep improving.

My advice to others working towards their goals would be to make use of the Fitness Instructors and their knowledge as well as the 121's and reviews you can book with them as these will be your biggest help and motivation.
