Before I achieved my goals I felt very depressed, unhealthy, overweight and ugly. I decided that I needed to take action when I looked in the mirror, that's when I joined LA fitness Hove. I got introduced to one of their Personal Trainers and I started eating healthily plus enjoying exercise. I did find it hard at first, sometimes it still is, but I believe one should always challenge themselves.
I found that talking to the helpful and informative Fitness Instructors and Personal Trainers really motivated me to keep going towards my goals. It was around 2-3 months where I started to see results. I felt much better about myself, was mentally more focused and had so much more energy.
LA fitness Hove has helped me achieve a good level of fitness, more confidence and loads of new friends. My advice to others would be to keep at it, it is so worth it in the end.
