Before I achieved my goal I looked and felt overweight and ugly, I was unfit and had a lack of stamina. I didn't like how I looked in photographs. I wanted to do more hiking and needed to be fitter to do more challenging walks. I knew I had to take action so I joined LA fitness Hove and became more careful with how much I ate. I've been eating slightly smaller portions and completely cut out chocolate. I did find it easy at first, but there were times I felt like wandering off track and didn't want to try so hard.
The fitness programmes and spin classes at the LA fitness Hove have really helped me to achieve my goals. Seeing the Personal Trainers has also been a massive help in keeping me on track.
I started seeing results in a few weeks, I felt happier, fitter and healthier. I could go out and do more things because I had more confidence in myself. I have now gone down 4 dress sizes and thanks to the Fitness Instructors and Personal Trainers I'm so much fitter than I used to be. I can buy more fashionable clothes from the high street shops without having to shop in places that only sell clothes to larger people.
My advice would be to go at your own pace, always take the advice of the Fitness Instructors and Personal Trainers as they are very friendly and all they want to do is help you. Do the classes you enjoy, if you enjoy bike rides try a Spin class.
