I felt slightly overweight before my LA fitness Lincoln City journey started. I decided that enough was enough and I had to shift a few pounds and that classes were the best way forward for me as I wanted constant encouragement and motivation to keep me going.

I started with body pump three times per week and body balance two times per week. I found these classes very hard to begin with but I quickly started to enjoy them and they became an integral part of my routine.

The instructors are fantastic and work me very hard whilst keeping the classes fun and enjoyable. This showed as after a few weeks I started to see results. This made me feel fantastic and I am now well on the way to achieving my goals.

One piece of advice that I would give to others is to try the classes they are fantastic you won't look back.
