Before I started working towards my goal I felt that I looked average and that my waist was a bit too big.

I joined LA fitness with the intention to keep healthy and felt good after the induction training that I was given, I worked with a Personal Trainer and who put together a fitness programme for me and after around 6 weeks I began to see results, I was feeling healthier and just generally better.

I have now acheived a level of fitness that I am happy with and that feels really satisfying. My advice to anyone embarking upon a new fitness programme would be to simply keep going and do what works best for you.
