Before I made the change I felt overweight, unhealthy just generally really low. I wanted to wear fashionable clothes and feel better about how I looked in them.

I started to eat healthier and began exercising which I found quite hard at first. To help myself along a started working with Kareem, a Personal Trainer, as well as attending the Boxercise class each week. Within 4-5 weeks I started to see changes being made, this made me feel much more confident in myself and around others.

I now have better health, more confidence and I feel really good in my clothes due to weight loss. I am more toned and have better definition.

I think trying the classes really help you out if you are bored, I have made some great friends and found lots of motivation and my favourites are boxing and spin.
