At LA fitness London Wall Pilates is a popular free class for our members. Pilates classes will help you improve body balance and develop your core strength. Focusing on the abdomen, lower back, hips & buttocks you will learn to enhance your concentration, control and breathing. If you have posture problems, back pain or even sleep problems - Pilates could help improve these health issues. Pilates has become an extremely popular exercise form in the UK.
