We've invested a massive £400,000 totally transforming the club so it''s somewhere you look forward to spending time!

All new cardio

We have installed all the latest Technogym equipment for both cardiovascular and resistance training. As well as all your favourites like treadmills and bikes you''ll also find some new introductions in our cardio theatre to mix up your regular routine and keep your body guessing.

New showers & changing rooms

All our changing areas have been updated and will include new lockers and showering facilities.

New weights area

We have upgraded our free weights zone introducing brand new Technogym equipment to tone and sculpt those troublesome areas.

Stylish new pool side

The swimming pool area has been updated for that all important refreshing dip and relaxation time after your workout.
