At LA fitness Marylebone we give you most of this as part of your membership but if you are struggling with motivation, dedication or require an extra boost to achieving your fitness goals, then personal training could be for you.

Our Marylebone personal trainers are all level 3 Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) qualified, so you can be assured you are receiving the best help and advice available.

 

This gives our personal training team a consistency in their skill set covering physiology, the fundamentals of fitness programming, nutrition guidance and the delivery of personal training (PT) training sessions.
