I decided to get fit and take action because I was bored and had plenty of time. I wanted to get back to my active life because I had been training before, so I joined LA fitness Piccadilly as it was close to my work.
I found it hard at first because I didn't seek much support and was out of the habit of exercising. In the beginning I helped myself to achieve my goals but now I'm using classes and group fitness too.
I would say I started to see the big results within a year and now I feel mentally satisfied, I have more stamina and energy plus I feel more confident.
If I was giving someone else advice I would have to tell them to be patient and not to take shortcuts.
