Initially I was a bit overweight and I had decided that I needed to take action, I wanted to feel stronger. I decided to start eating less, get a better diet and do more regular exercise and so that’s why I joined LA fitness Piccadilly.
At first it was quite hard but I was really helped by LA fitness Piccadilly staff, particularly Jenny who did me a Kickstart program and gave me regular reviews of my programme to ensure that it remained effective.
I found that I started to see results in 6 weeks. Working towards my goals has given me pleasure, I now have low body fat, more muscle and I'm much fitter.
