I started exercising and training and a long time ago. Before I started I felt tired working long days, I had 3 hour breaks in my shift so started using the gym. When I came to the UK I wanted to do something I love, exercise, rather than just work work work!

I helped and assisted my training using protein supplements and energisers when I joined LA fitness Piccadilly and they really helped.

At first it was difficult juggling work and exercise but I enjoyed the atmosphere and have lost a lot of weight, mostly fat. I have enjoyed working towards my fitness goals very much, in particular trying to learn to swim better. LA fitness Piccadilly has great facilities.

Since I started I have now achieved bigger muscles, better condition, weight loss and better health which makes me feel really good. My advice to others would be to keep going to the gym regularly, you will have good and bad days which is fine and of course try and have a good diet.
