Pilates classes

At LA fitness Victoria Pilates is a popular free class for our members. Pilates classes will help you improve body balance and develop your core strength. Focusing on the abdomen, lower back, hips & buttocks you will learn to enhance your concentration, control and breathing. If you have posture problems, back pain or even sleep problems - Pilates could help improve these health issues. Pilates has become an extremely popular exercise form in the UK. Ask one of the Victoria staff members about attending the classes and view the club timetable by clicking on the Victoria 'classes timetable' within the left hand navigation.
