Crew classes and workshops
Our free Workshops and Crew Classes are short, fun sessions that focus on one particular area of the body including abs, legs and even Bingo Wings! Or have a go at trying a new piece of kit, such as our new Keiser striders. At LA fitness, we keep things fresh to keep you challenged.

In partnership with Community Swimming we offer both adults and children the opportunity to learn to swim in small groups or on a 1-2-1 basis with experienced ASA accredited swimming instructors. Whether you or your children want to learn to swim, improve your stroke, or simply take part in a targeted workout, then our swimming sessions are for you!
Fully equipped air conditioned gym
Our West India Quay gym has all the steppers, treadmills, bikes and rowers you need for a great workout. However you want to get your heart-rate going, we’ve got all your favourite equipment and a few new ones for you to try too.
Pool
Exercise isn't all about sweating it out on a treadmill. One of the best (and nicest) ways to get fit is in the pool. So you'll be pleased to know that LA fitness West India Quay have a gorgeous pool, perfect for attempting butterfly, or just lazing about poolside.
