Before joining LA fitness Milton Keynes I was unfit and stressed out. I heard that doing exercise could relieve stress so I joined LA fitness and signed up for the Kickstart programme straight away. I had a tailor-made exercise programme written for me and nutritional advice given from one of the Fitness Instructors.
At first I found coming to the gym challenging but with the help of my programme, my dietary changes and taking part in classes I have really started to feel physically and mentally better.
Now I'm feeling so good and I'm less stressed too. I have motivation to get fit and stay fit!
