Before joining the gym at LA fitness Milton Keynes I felt very unfit, unhealthy and suffered from regular headaches.

With the summer period fast approaching I really wanted to look and feel good.

I decided to join LA fitness Milton Keynes, and started eating healthier. During the first couple of weeks I found the gym quite hard, and was rapidly starting to feel tired and de-motivated. With the help of the Fitness Instructors, I was introduced to the Abs class which I found really enjoyable and made a huge difference to my workout.

After 8 weeks of coming to the gym 3 times a week, I found myself toning up, and starting to feel good about my shape. This made me very happy and gave me huge confidence.

My advice to other members would be to stick at your goals, and don't give up.
