Before joining the gym I felt very unfit, unhealthy and quite tired. I wanted to look good for the summer and get into shape.

I joined LA fitness Milton Keynes and started coming regularly. At first it was really hard, tiring and I lacked motivation but with the help of the LA fitness Kickstart scheme I had my own personal programme written for me. I was shown how to use the machines and was recommended to try the classes. It took about 2 months before I started to see the results and I started to feel better and had more confidence.

Now, I have toned up, I'm fitter and I have a much healthier lifestyle. I feel good and I feel happy and healthy. My advice to others would be to stick at it and dedicate yourself to your goals.
