I originally joined LA fitness New Barnet for the social aspect of the gym and also to keep my health and wellbeing up. I decided to take action so that I kept fit and active so I started going to the gym 3-4 times a week and have managed to keep this up over the last few years. I found it hard at first but once I got into a routine of coming and meeting my friends and going to classes it got easier. The fitness programmes and classes were useful in keeping me coming back and within around three months of regular use I started seeing results and it made me feel good when I noticed the benefits.

It has made me feel very good coming to the gym and I love the social aspect of it. The best piece of advice that I can offer to others is to eat a healthy diet and to keep yourself active even when it's tough.
