I actually felt okay before joining the LA fitness New Barnet but as the university term was ending I wanted to make sure that I would keep fit over the summer months. I joined up to LA fitness New Barnet, started eating a healthier diet and started going to bed at better times than when I was at university. I found it hard at first but stuck with it even though I sometimes didn't want to. I started training with a Personal Trainer and found that this made things a lot easier.

I almost instantly felt better and happy that I had made the decision to join, and this made me stick with it. I feel that I am stronger and more toned than I was and have noticed a difference that makes me feel good. I would advise anyone looking to improve their health to join LA fitness and if possible to get a Personal Trainer as this really helps.
