I felt quite overweight and unhealthy before deciding to start coming to LA fitness, I wanted to change my lifestyle and get healthier. To do this the first step was to join LA fitness New Barnet and then take a look at my diet to make it healthier. I found it hard at first but stuck with it and found it got easier as I started feeling fitter.
I train three times a week with Mus, one of the Personal Trainers. He really has helped me to achieve my goals and this has made coming to the gym much more enjoyable and exciting. After only six weeks I noticed the benefits of regular gym use and felt really good for sticking with it. I have now lost two stone in weight and it has made me feel a lot more confident in myself. As for advice to other people, I'd say that the hardest thing is to keep up a regular pattern of coming to the gym and sticking with it no matter what but that you need to work hard and be determined to see results.
