I joined LA fitness Newark because I felt like I needed to lose weight and improve my fitness levels. After finding my feet in the gym, I started thinking about my diet, I cut down my excess sugar level, for example chocolate, and replaced them with healthy treats.
I found I was very dedicated for the first two to three weeks and then I started to lose interest, however the Fitness Instructors at LA fitness Newark are very friendly and encouraging and soon got me back on track.
Working towards my goal has helped to give me more energy, a better night’s sleep and more confidence. I have found that participating in the classes not only improved my fitness levels but also helped accelerate my weight loss goals, and after 2-3 months I started to notice a real physical change.
There a many different ways LA fitness has helped me to achieve my goals, my Kickstart appointment and health-check reviews are just a couple. All of the staff have been helpful, friendly and my programme was challenging and fun. I've managed to lose 11kg in the last 5 months and feel great for it.
My advice to others working towards their goals would be ask the gym team for help, get involved in fitness classes and try to set realistic goals and targets.
