Before I joined LA fitness Rugby I was healthy but slightly underweight. I decided I needed to join a gym after a bad motorcycle accident that resulted in permanent damage to my left leg. I found LA fitness Rugby and changed my diet completely.
It was very hard at first but from following a variety of fitness programmes and having regular reviews I started to see changes after 3 months. From my results I started to feel good about myself. I have now increased my body weight, size and definition and I feel good about my personal appearance.
All you need to achieve your goals is stick to them, no matter how hard or far away they seem.
