My clothes had started to feel really tight and uncomfortable, I felt overweight and this would sometimes make me feel unhappy.

I made the decision to start working harder at the gym and eating more healthily but I would find it really hard at the start and would sometimes wander off track.

Having regular fitness reviews and programme changes with Kelly, one of the Fitness Instructors, kept me motivated even when I was losing interest and then within around five months I was starting to see real results. I felt much happier and healthier about myself and I am now at the stage where I have lost one stone, dropped a dress size, and my BMI is at a healthy level.

I'm very happy now and I am determined to continue the good work. I would advise anyone to not to give up on trying to get fit, keep changing your programme to stop yourself from getting bored and remember it's ok to allow yourself a treat once a week.
