I felt fine before I joined LA fitness Southampton however I decided that I would like to try and keep fit. I began by starting to eat really healthily and I worked with a Fitness Instructor to have a personalised fitness programme worked out for me. The regular reviews and classes really helped to keep me motivated.

I began to see results within 2-4 months and I felt much fitter. I have now achieved a 342 mile cycle in 5 days in October averaging 6 hours a day in the saddle and I feel elated.

I would advise anyone thinking about joining to keep at it as it takes time.
