Originally I felt that I wasn’t in good shape and I was very overweight. It was my health that motivated me to make the change.

I decided to get a Personal Trainer, Jemma, who helped me with my diet and exercise. It was really difficult at first however working with Jemma every week kept me motivated. Seeing results made me more positive to work more, I felt amazing and I got that feel good feeling.

I would advise anyone just keep up with sessions and not to lose focus if you want to succeed.
