Before I started training at LA fitness Sutton Coldfield I felt unhealthy and very unfit.  It was after looking at a photo of myself I realised I would need to do something about it and get myself into shape.

Immediately I asked my friends if I could train with them because I knew they were exercising regularly so they introduced me to the world of LA fitness. After completing my Kickstart assessment it was explained to me that the exercises and diet I needed to start doing would have to be consistent to allow me to achieve the results I was striving for. The Fitness Instructor ensured my program was safe and effective but also recommended the nutritional products to aid my recovery. Now my regular reviews are a welcome change as my program can become too easy after a while.

The initial sessions were hard work and left me feeling like I would never improve my fitness but after some reassurances from staff members, I soon found the motivation to push me the extra few reps or minutes to get me closer to that goal.

It took me 6 weeks before I really started to feel the change in my fitness levels but that feeling of achievement has really made me catch the gym bug as I know I would not be able to go back to the sedentary lifestyle I had before.

I have always found the staff extremely friendly and welcoming and they are always on hand to push me to achieve more from each workout I do. I would thoroughly recommend the sessions you get with the Fitness Instructors as they have been valuable in helping me achieve the start of something new.
