Before I decided to start exercising I had a poor image of myself. I felt bloated, fat and tired. I felt like I had got to the point of no return and had to do something about it. I had previously had surgery and my consultant advised me to lose weight and stay active.

After speaking to Sean, one of the LA Coaches, he set me up a personalised programme. He gave me some positive thinking and all of a sudden I believed I could change. At first I found the workout hard but all the staff are great and constantly motivate me towards my goal. If it wasn't for Sean designing me a specific programme I would still be inactive.

I started feeling the results after only 2 or 3 weeks. I felt thinner and less bloated but more importantly I felt happier. I'm much more self confident, more active and I've lost about half a stone already. I can really notice my arms are more toned and my stomach is flatter. Having achieved this much already feels great, but I know I can feel even better.

My one piece of advice would be that if your feeling lost and like your not getting anywhere ask for help. The instructors are really helpful and knowledgeable.
