I used to be overweight and I was generally unhealthy. I was motivated to do something about it by my wife and her occasional comments! So I joined LA fitness Tunbridge Wells, stopped drinking alcohol and pursued a low fat diet.

I found it fairly easy from the beginning and it wasn't hard making the effort to go to the gym 3-4 times per week. To start with I didn’t take any of the free offers, I just focused on visiting regularly.

I started to notice a difference approximately 1 month after joining and now I have lost weight and increased muscle tone which feels really good.
