Hey, I’m Sophia The founder of No Fear Coaching.
I have been coaching women for a few years. Focusing on guiding them through the transition from unhealthy daily routines and limited gym knowledge to helping them feel empowered in their own body and mastering the gym basics.
Now, it’s time for me to help you. I've experienced it all when it comes to my own fitness journey. There were times when I despised my body, avoided mirrors, and had poor eating habits.
I've tried the treadmill workouts and stair master kickbacks but didn’t see the results I wanted. And, I'm very grateful to now be in a position where I can guide you to avoid those mistakes and focus on the essentials so we can reach your goals.
