PureGym memberships are contract-free, so you can join without committing to staying for longer periods. We also do 1, 3, 7, and 30 day passes if you’d rather try the gym for a shorter period before joining.

All the gyms in Milton Keynes have male and female changing areas with individual showers, free lockers, hairdryers, and spare plug sockets, as well as toilets. You’ll need to bring your own padlock for the lockers. Changing rooms are closed between 12-3am but there are toilets and lockers on the gym floor.
None of our Milton Keynes gyms currently have a ladies only area.
Members need to be at least 16 years old to sign up for a PureGym membership.

We do not have facilities like swimming pools or spas in any of our gyms. This helps us to keep the cost of our memberships down so that more people can afford to join the gym.
All of our gyms have a variety of classes on throughout the week, and classes are included in your PureGym membership! PureGym Milton Keynes Kingston Centre has more classes on than our other Milton Keynes gyms so may be more suitable, however we recommend checking the individual gym timetables to see which is best for you.
Beginners are welcome at all of our gyms, however you may prefer to start at PureGym Milton Keynes Winterhill as we have more inductions and learn to lift workshops throughout the week which aim to help beginners build confidence and technique in the gym.
All of our Milton Keynes gyms have got large functional training zones with functional kit like sleds, slam balls, and plyo boxes, which are great for training in different styles of strength training like plyometrics and calisthenics.
If you want a gym you can train at before or after work, our Winterhill gym is less than 1 mile away from Milton Keynes Central Station. All of our Milton Keynes gyms offer free parking for members if you drive.
