Before joining LA fitness Milngavie I was quite fit but I wanted to look and feel stronger. I decided that to achieve my goals I had to join a gym. I chose LA fitness Milngavie as I had heard good reports about the club. On joining the gym I arranged a time to see one of the fitness team to discuss my goals and workout the best way for me to achieve them.

By following their advice I quickly started to get the results I was looking for. Not only was I feeling better from following their nutritional advice but I was getting stronger with every week.

I have to admit that the training wasn't always easy but it was enjoyable and I got the results I was looking for. During the first few weeks I felt really good and was becoming much stronger and healthier. After 3 or 4 months I could see the results for myself and it felt amazing to have increased my strength, muscle mass and fitness.

If I was to offer anybody advice I would say keep at it, eat healthily and enjoy it.
