I decided I was slightly overweight and not eating a very good diet so I decided to join LA fitness New Barnet. I wanted a healthier lifestyle and to improve my general fitness so I took classes and started personal training with Reza at the club to keep things interesting. I found it hard at first and quite difficult to keep coming along but thought the friendliness and relaxed atmosphere of the gym helped me to keep coming back. After a few months I began feeling the effects and became more positive in my life as well as feeling a lot healthier too.
I have now lost a few pounds in weight, have more muscle mass and also feel that my posture has been improved a great deal. I admit that it takes time but if you stick with it, it will work for you. I recommend having a Personal Trainer to keep you motivated, I thoroughly enjoy training with Reza.
