Clubs
LA fitness Orpington has a 20 metre heated indoor pool, sauna and steam room for members to use any time of the day. If you prefer a workout, you can use our fully equipped, air conditioned Cardio and Free-weights area, or you can take part in one of the 50+ studio classes we hold each week.

Our Orpington gym has all the steppers, treadmills, bikes and rowers you need for a great workout. However you want to get your heart-rate going, we’ve got all your favourite equipment and a few new ones for you to try too.
Pool
Exercise isn't all about sweating it out on a treadmill. One of the best (and nicest) ways to get fit is in the pool. So you'll be pleased to know that LA fitness Orpington have a gorgeous pool, perfect for attempting butterfly, or just lazing about poolside.

ASA accredited swimming lessons
In partnership with the ASA & Community Swimming we offer both adults and children the opportunity to learn to swim in small groups or on a 1-2-1 basis with experienced ASA accredited swimming instructors. Whether you or your children want to learn to swim, improve your stroke, or simply take part in a targeted workout, then our swimming sessions are for you!
Fast Classes
Want results - quick? Get a full-on workout in just 10 minutes with our Fast Classes. Get to grips with Technogym® equipment, or zone in on problem areas like your abs.
